Nuclear Cowboy Unleashes New EP ‘If You Need Me, I’ll Be There’

“When we leave home, how long should we miss it? When a relationship ends, how long should we reminisce on the good times? When someone dies, how long should we mourn? These songs live inside those unanswered questions.” – Nuclear Cowboy

Brooklyn-based artist Nuclear Cowboy makes music built on contradiction. Raised in rural Montana and now living in New York City, his work exists where opposing forces collide: folk and electronics, intimacy and spectacle, sincerity and absurdity. The result is a sound that resists easy classification, music shaped by a world where binary frameworks increasingly fall short.

For Nuclear Cowboy, art is fundamentally about communication. He approaches songwriting as a way of “reporting back to earth,” documenting personal discoveries in hopes they resonate beyond the self. That philosophy informs not only his lyrics, but also his refusal to settle into rigid genre boundaries. Each release feels less like a statement and more like an ongoing conversation.

After quietly releasing two albums in 2020 and 2022 with little expectation or visibility, Nuclear Cowboy began gaining momentum through a steady run of singles and live performances in 2024 and 2025. That consistency paid off: in 2025 alone, his audience grew from roughly 1,500 to nearly 100,000 monthly listeners, marking a turning point from private experimentation to a more public, resonant body of work.

This new five-track EP is his first multi-track release since that growth. Framed as a keepsake in the truest sense, the project explores what it means to move forward without disowning the past, how to honor where you come from without becoming trapped by nostalgia. Across its runtime, the EP grapples with growth, gratitude, and the complicated emotions that accompany change and goodbye.

Sonically, If You Need Me, I’ll Be Here unfolds as a subtle progression. Opening tracks “Keepsake” and “Easy Come” lean into alt-folk textures layered with understated electronic elements. “Mirage of Me” and “Bite the Bullet” expand into a more alt-pop and electronic palette, before closing with “Find Myself,” a brief, intimate, synth-driven finale. Influenced by artists such as Bon Iver, Bibio, John Maus, and Tunng, the EP represents a shift away from dance-oriented production toward a more vulnerable, stripped-back sound.

Onstage, Nuclear Cowboy treats performance as a three-dimensional extension of the music itself, blending dance, humor, and vulnerability to create a sense of genuine connection. Following the release of Keepsake, he will unveil an official music video for the title track, release nine additional singles throughout the year, and return to live performances.

If You Need Me, I’ll Be Here is not a reinvention, but a refinement, an artist learning how to carry his past forward without letting it define him.

2heart2crash Announces Debut Record ‘22’A Dark, Danceable Reflection on Identity, Technology, and Emotional Honesty

LISTEN HERE | MEDIA ASSETS

2heart2crash is a post-punk, new-wave, and synth-pop artist blending dark atmospheres with danceable energy. His work explores themes of identity, communication, technology, and emotional vulnerability, combining music and visual art into a cohesive and immersive creative vision.

Italian-born artist 2heart2crash (real name Alessio Grancini) unveils his new eight-track project, a 20-minute, 20-second journey through post-punk, new-wave, and synth-pop. Dark yet danceable and rooted in a strong goth ethos, the record captures a mature moment of reflection shaped by more than a decade of creative and personal evolution in the United States.

Born and raised in Italy, 2heart2crash developed his passion for music at a young age after witnessing a series of formative live events in his hometown. Performances by international bands created an atmosphere of extreme mosh pits and unprecedented energy that left a lasting impression and set the foundation for his artistic direction.

He began his career as the lead singer of the band Edge in Imola, Emilia Romagna. The band’s first single, “Edge,” gained over 6.5K views on BlankTV, one of the largest DIY platforms for punk, hardcore, metal, indie, and underground music. Shortly after, he and fellow band members made the decision to move to Los Angeles to experience the music scene at a professional level and immerse themselves in a city that continues to influence global entertainment and culture.

Alongside his musical journey, Grancini pursued studies in architecture and engineering, later expanding his practice into visual and multimedia work. He produced and released a number of music and video art projects, including Graves by Parkshores featuring SuckerPunk. The work gained attention from platforms such as Earmilk, 15MinutesNews, FMS, and Alfitude.

Now based in San Francisco, this latest record was written and produced entirely in his room during a one-year stay in a hacker house near North Beach. Surrounded by technology founders and startup culture, the environment deeply influenced the album’s themes and sonic palette.

“This record is the result of unfiltered honesty,” says 2heart2crash. “It’s made up of the conversations I’ve had with myself along the way. Admitting my mistakes and the failures of communication that followed me helped me release some of the ghosts that kept reminding me how bad things once were.”

The project explores the emotional tension between digital life and real-world connections. “My own sense of digital decay comes from how much time I spend immersed in media,” 2heart2crash explains. “No one knows you better than your devices. Texting, in particular, fascinates and disturbs me, not just its utility, but the anxieties, rhythms, and expectations it carries.”

Themes of expectation, reality, and quiet depression run throughout the record, alongside a sense of self-awareness and growth. “This reflection isn’t meant to make me darker. It’s simply awareness, understanding how my heart works and how it connects, or sometimes fails to connect, with others.”

The artist also reflects on the parallels between the tech and creative worlds. “Many people misunderstand the tech scene. I saw firsthand the effort, the risk, and the emotional toll that comes with building something from nothing. Artists and entrepreneurs are not so different. Both must believe in a vision long before anyone else does.”

The project’s visual direction was led by Zeo Zhang (AQingZeo), with post-production handled by Cole Daly. Zhang is a multidisciplinary designer and creative technologist whose work has been exhibited internationally and recognised by major design awards. Daly is a VFX and CG artist known for his work with internationally recognised artists, including Katy Perry and PinkPantheress. Final music production and mastering were handled by the Bay Area studio Johnny Hits.

“This project feels urgent, honest, and sonically distinctive,” says music publicist Danielle Holian, Decent Music PR. “It captures the anxiety, beauty, and contradictions of a generation shaped by both underground music and digital life. It’s not just a record, it’s a statement about where alternative music and visual culture are heading next.”

This release marks a defining chapter for 2heart2crash, a statement of artistic identity shaped by movement across continents, creative disciplines, and communities. The result is a record that bridges underground music, contemporary culture, and the emotional complexity of a digitally saturated world.

Borovsky Releases New Single “A Leap in the Dark”

Swiss singer-songwriter Borovsky returns with his latest single, “A Leap in the Dark,” a powerful and emotionally charged pop rock track that explores the tension between uncertainty and excitement when stepping into the unknown.

Borovsky (vocals & guitar), who grew up in the Basel region of Switzerland, has been writing pop and rock songs since the 1980s. His debut album, Top of the Rock, was released in autumn 2016, marking the beginning of a steady creative journey that has since produced several albums, EPs and singles, including “A Question of Time,” “Skyscraper” and “The One.”

With “A Leap in the Dark,” Borovsky continues to build on his signature nostalgic pop rock sound, drawing inspiration from the rich melodic and emotional traditions of the 1980s. Fans of Simply Red, Simple Minds, Chris Rea, Yes, Billy Idol and the era of classic 80s pop rock will find a familiar yet fresh energy in this new release.

The song was written in London and is deeply personal.

“I wrote ‘A Leap in the Dark’ after leaving a company where I had worked for roughly 17 years,” says Borovsky. “The song captures that moment when you feel both concern about the unknown and the thrill of a new beginning. It’s really about restarts, taking risks and making big decisions in life.”

Blending reflective lyrics with uplifting melodies and atmospheric production, “A Leap in the Dark” resonates with anyone facing change or searching for the courage to take the next step. The track highlights Borovsky’s ability to translate universal experiences into heartfelt songs that connect across generations.

“With ‘A Leap in the Dark,’ Borovsky captures the thrill and uncertainty of life’s turning points, wrapping it all in the lush, nostalgic pop rock sound that fans of the 80s will instantly recognise and love,” music publicist Danielle Holian, Decent Music PR shares.

Borovsky is a Swiss pop rock artist whose music combines nostalgic influences from the 1980s with a contemporary sensibility. Known for his melodic songwriting, emotional authenticity and classic pop rock sound, he continues to explore themes of change, resilience and personal growth in his music.

Katie Dauson Reveals New Single ‘Will You Won’t You’

LISTEN HERE | MEDIA ASSETS

Following the release of “Get Ready,” Toronto’s versatile, genre-defying singer-songwriter Katie Dauson returns with her infectious new single, “Will You Won’t You,” produced by James Nickle.

Drawing inspiration from 1950s rockabilly, especially The Crickets, as well as the 1970s revivalists who reimagined the style, including Blondie (who famously covered a Crickets song on their 1978 album Parallel Lines) and George Thorogood, Dauson blends vintage energy with a modern punch.

“I love George Thorogood’s guitar playing, and the fact that he added a saxophone player to his band in 1980,” she explains. “Saxophone is such an important instrument in rock and roll and rockabilly, it really elevated his music. Rockabilly is so upbeat and enjoyable. When I listen to a rockabilly record at home, I’ll tap my feet, sing along, and just feel uplifted. I love how some of the ’70s groups took that ’50s style and modernised it with more instrumentation and a different vibe.”

“Will You Won’t You” lives comfortably in the worlds of Rockabilly, Rock and Roll, and Country, balancing retro swing with contemporary edge. Dauson recorded the rhythm guitar using a left-handed G&L Comanche in Shoreline Gold, drawn to its distinctive Z-coil pickups for their unique tonal character. She also added a fuzz pedal to inject a touch of modern dirt and grit into the mix.

“With ‘Will You Won’t You,’ Katie Dauson delivers a vibrant, toe-tapping anthem that channels the spirit of classic rockabilly while injecting it with a bold, modern edge,” music publicist Danielle Holian, Decent Music PR, shares. “The track captures her signature blend of vintage inspiration and fearless individuality. It’s playful, gritty, and irresistibly catchy. This single really showcases Katie’s ability to honour the roots of rock and roll while making the sound entirely her own.”

Written early in the morning, when inspiration tends to strike as her mind feels fresh and rejuvenated, the song captures that spontaneous spark. Above all, Dauson hopes for one thing: that “Will You Won’t You” puts a smile on listeners’ faces.

ILIA Shares ‘Gasoline’ (Halsey Cover) Music Video

MUSIC VIDEO

Following the release of “The Ones You Think You Own”, ILIA continues his prolific streak with the premiere of his new music video for “Gasoline,” a reimagined cover of the Halsey hit.

Blending brooding atmospherics with explosive alternative rock intensity, ILIA’s interpretation of “Gasoline” channels the emotional weight of the original while reshaping it through his signature guitar-driven lens. Drawing comparisons to artists such as Placebo, Smashing Pumpkins, Rush, Radiohead, Sunny Day Real Estate, Jane’s Addiction, Nine Inch Nails, and Muse, ILIA’s sound balances cinematic scope with raw immediacy.

“With ‘Gasoline,’ ILIA takes a song that already carries emotional volatility and pushes it into a darker, more cinematic space,” says Danielle Holian, publicist for Decent Music PR. “This release really showcases where he is creatively right now, fearless, guitar-forward, and visually uncompromising. After the momentum he’s built over the past year, this video feels like a defining moment for the project.”

ILIA’s musical journey began in Seattle in the early 2000s, where he performed in numerous bands, including The Hills Have Eyes (with Thomas Erak of The Fall Of Troy), before founding Red Museum. After relocating to Los Angeles in 2008, he briefly played in a band with David Silvera (Korn). In 2012, he partnered with Universal recording artist Keely Julian to form the electro-pop duo ILIA AND KEELY. They released two singles, ‘Why’ and ‘Come Back Around’.

Shifting his focus to solo material, ILIA initially explored an electronic and synth-driven direction. In 2018, he joined the platinum-selling industrial rock band ORGY as guitarist, further solidifying his presence in the alternative rock landscape.

In spring 2024, ILIA was selected as one of ten finalists to audition for The Smashing Pumpkins, a testament to both his technical ability and reputation within the industry. By fall 2024, he had recommitted to his solo career, releasing three EPs and a series of visually striking videos that signal a bold new chapter.

ILIA brings seasoned musicianship and renewed artistic focus to every project. “Gasoline” represents another step forward in a body of work that fuses industrial textures, alternative rock grit, and modern sonic experimentation.

CLANDESTINA Announces Debut EP ‘Politically Erect’

“She raps like she breathes at high altitudes—fast, loud, without a safety net.”
Extravafrench

“CLANDESTINA proves that rap can be both fun and self-reflective simultaneously.”
Zillions Magazine

“Clandestina offers reggae with solid foundations, yet infused with a contemporary sensibility.”
IGGY Magazine

Swedish rapper and singer-songwriter CLANDESTINA, a globe-trotting artist, lived and performed in Paris and Barcelona in 2025 and is set to release her debut EP Politically Erect on February 13, 2026. The EP is a bold, genre-blending exploration of identity, politics, and personal reflection. Earlier work has featured lyrics in Swedish, English and Spanish with collaborations in Arabic. The release is managed and promoted by Decent Music PR, the UK-based independent music PR agency specialising in emerging and innovative artists.

“We’re thrilled to be working with CLANDESTINA on this project,” says Danielle Holian, Decent Music PR. “She is one of those rare artists who bridges cultures, languages, and genres with effortless authenticity. Her debut EP, Politically Erect, is as thought-provoking as it is sonically bold, tackling complex social and political themes while keeping the beats infectious. She’s a true global voice—someone who makes you think, feel, and move at the same time. We’re excited to see it reach listeners everywhere.”

CLANDESTINA began her musical journey in 2025 in Barcelona with the collaboration “Jamas Khalas” alongside local artist Yuyu Bala, view here. Rapping and singing across multiple languages, she weaves together heavy beats with thought-provoking lyrics that challenge, reflect, and engage listeners without compromising on melody or rhythm.

A digital nomad, activist, and language enthusiast, she has been deeply influenced by international travels, notably to India and Mexico, and has been based in places such as Berlin, Colombia and Cuba. At the moment: Mallorca and Tenerife. Cross-cultural experiences and an early background in development studies and international relations have informed her art, as well as commitments such as speaking engagements at a UN conference and the World Expo.

“I put lyrics first,” CLANDESTINA explains. “I love mixing languages and cultures, exploring contradictions, and asking questions without pretending to have all the answers.”

About Politically Erect

The EP tackles pressing social and political themes—polarisation, systemic oppression, male sexuality, narcissism, trauma, climate change, and the blessings and burdens of a global identity—through a mix of rap, singing, and spoken word. Each track invites reflection rather than preaching, blending philosophical insight with raw emotion.

Track Highlights:

  • Don’t Quit – Examines power dynamics, violence, and systemic oppression, particularly resonant to a U.S. audience.
  • Man Made – A compassionate exploration of male sexuality, hookup culture, and vulnerability.
  • Hymns to the Child I Love – A short acapella exploring intimacy and heartbreak, both personal and for the world.
  • Soldiers – Spoken word piece dissecting violent masculinity from a compassionate lens, trying to understand what can seem incomprehensible.
  • Bigger Than Paris – Written for COP26, a commentary on climate change, global responsibility and our interconnectedness.
  • Landet Istid (Ice Age Land) – Concluding the EP is a lighter composition shaped by Spanish rhythms contrasting the theme of the cold North, offering a refreshing contrast to the earlier tracks. The finale is presented as a remastered bonus track of CLANDESTINA’s first song in Swedish, with reflections on topics such as feminism, sexual identity, religion, and the complexities of a Swedish identity in a global context.

While Politically Erect emphasises rap and rhythmic intensity, CLANDESTINA’s upcoming full-length album in 2026 will explore softer, folk-inspired, and more personal sounds, expanding her artistry while remaining true to her lyrical roots.

About CLANDESTINA:

Raised in Stockholm, with ties to Uppsala and Hälsingland, she discovered rap and rhythm early on, beginning to play drums at 12 and growing up in a family where songwriting could mark personal milestones. Without formal musical training, she brings over a decade of self-taught songwriting experience, a deep love of languages, and a strong commitment to social activism to her work. Fluent in multiple languages and currently studying French, Hindi and Arabic, her music reflects the perspective of a global citizen navigating diverse cultures, identities, and international influences within the rap scene.

Memory Spells & Jordan Whitlock Release New Single ‘Higher’

LISTEN HERE | MEDIA ASSETS

GENRE: Dream Pop, Indie Chill, Atmospheric Pop
FFO: Cigarettes After Sex, Mazzy Star, Beach House, Men I Trust, Daughter

Memory Spells and Jordan Whitlock have teamed up to release their dreamy new single, “Higher,” the first taste of their forthcoming collaborative album, This Is What It Feels Like. The single blends ethereal dream pop with chamber-folk sensibilities, showcasing Whitlock’s crystalline vocals alongside Memory Spells’ lush, cinematic production.

The album, a debut collaboration between the two artists, has a unique origin story: all tracks were written and produced remotely, with Whitlock in San Diego and Memory Spells’ Matt Bauer in Los Angeles. They only met in person after completing more than half the album, creating a body of work that resonates with intimacy, distance, and connection.

“This project began as an exchange of demos and became a deeply personal dialogue,” says Whitlock. “There’s a sense of longing and possibility in every track, songs about connection, vulnerability, and hope.”

This Is What It Feels Like explores the fragile moments that define human relationships, from the quiet ache of Do You Think of It Sometimes? to the tidal devotion of All I See Is You, and the meditative unfolding of Bloom. Combining airy synths, minimalist guitar, vintage drum machines, and haunting strings, the album evokes imagery of oceans, gardens, and thin places, spaces where the world feels both near and far.

This Is What It Feels Like tells the story of two artists finding a shared voice through distance, and the moment a collaboration transforms into a connection that changes you.

About Jordan Whitlock:

Jordan Whitlock is a rising songwriter, vocalist, composer, and producer known for her soulful, genre-defying sound that spans folk, choral music, and pop. Her hypnotic vocals explore themes of love, loss, and personal growth. She has been featured on OVO Sound, Nora En Pure’s Purified, KCRW’s Morning Becomes Electric, and has supported artists including Tiesto, Chromeo, Jody Wisternoff, Vandelux, and Cherub. Whitlock’s music has also appeared in film and television, including BBC’s Wild Isles, and her clients include Odele, Bonprix, Sprouts, Cisco, DISCO, and Hipgnosis.

About Memory Spells:

Memory Spells is the project of producer and songwriter Matt Bauer, who draws from indie folk, cinematic post-rock, early post-punk, and 80’s film music. His work has appeared on Vice on Showtime (Carrion Crawler, Thin Places), Netflix’s Lucifer (Can’t Hold Me Down), and in ads for Barneys, Canada Goose, and West Elm. Bauer’s past records have earned praise from Time Out New York, Paste, New York Magazine, Daytrotter, Under the Radar, and Les Inrockuptibles.

Feral Family Return With Sophomore EP ‘So Far Behind’

Unsigned indie rockers Feral Family have stormed the national stage, emerging from thousands of hopefuls to be named one of the Top Five finalists in a competition to support Only The Poets at the historic Brixton Academy. The band thrilled a packed crowd at Only The Poets’ hometown grassroots venue, The Purple Turtle in Reading. The achievement comes hot on the heels of a landmark week for Feral Family, who were runner-up for Best Indie Band in Radio Wigwam’s annual awards—their second consecutive nomination—and earned a spot on the iconic US station KEXP’s playlist, cementing their rising profile on both sides of the Atlantic.

Indie trio Feral Family make a fierce return with their sophomore EP, So Far Behind, released February 6, 2026. A six-track release that plays like a “condensed album,” the EP captures the band at their most visceral, cinematic, and emotionally charged to date.

Already hailed as “one of the most compelling new acts in UK alternative music” by Apricot Magazine, Feral Family continue to build serious momentum. Their sound has been described as “dark, brooding, thrillingly intense” (God Is In The TV), with “stadium energy unleashed” (Soundville) and “a relentless and vibrant surge of energy and cohesion” (RockerMag).

Blending indie, post-punk, alternative and indie-rock, So Far Behind will resonate with fans of Foals, IDLES and Fontaines D.C. Across its six tracks, the EP balances raw, riff-driven intensity with moments of vulnerability and emotional depth.

Speaking on the release, Jamie Lowe explains, “It’s more like a condensed album — six huge songs that we’re buzzing to deliver. There are some big, raw riffs in there, but the EP also peels back deeper layers of our sound. And our new drummer, Regan Grimson, brings even more heat to these tracks.”

Meanwhile, guitarist Oscar Woods promises songs rooted in “love, loss, and yearning — experiences that echo throughout your life.”

Hailing from a nowhere East Coast resort staring into the bleak North Sea, Feral Family channel a residual coastal gloom into dance-driven post-punk tales of desire, reflection and release. Inspired by the stark sagas of Frank Herbert and the widescreen drama of Sergio Leone, their music feels vast and apocalyptic — thunderous wails colliding with intimate human stories.

Following a brief hiatus after their critically acclaimed debut album Without Motion (2023), So Far Behind marks a bold new chapter for a band clearly hungry for more.

Feral Family have already achieved multiple Top 10 charting singles and received heavyweight radio support from John Kennedy (Radio X), Steve Lamacq (BBC 6 Music), and Jericho Keys / BBC Introducing, where they’ve been named Featured Artist twice. Their music has also appeared on E4’s Made in Chelsea and The Independent’s “Now Hear This” playlist.

WOLF WHISTLE WOUNDS UNLEASH TENSE NEW SINGLE ‘IMPOSTER SINDRONE’

LISTEN HERE | MEDIA ASSETS

“…like Rage Against The Machine if ‘the machine’ was a heart” – Blank Magazine

“An idiosyncratic blend of post-punk, industrial, and hip-hop beats that’ll stick with you…” – Happy Magazine

Wolf Whistle Wounds return with ‘Imposter Sindrone’, a raw and confrontational new single that delves into self-worth, vulnerability, and the quiet panic of feeling undeserving in a relationship.

“‘Imposter Sindrone’ captures that raw, unsettling feeling of wondering if you’re enough,” says Danielle Holian, Decent Music PR. “It’s tense, relentless, and unflinchingly honest. Wolf Whistle Wounds aren’t here to comfort you; they’re here to make you feel every moment, and in that intensity, there’s something strangely liberating.”

Lyrically, the track navigates the uneasy space between intimacy and insecurity, asking the haunting question: “Why would this person settle on me?” Rather than resolving the tension, the song leans into the discomfort, capturing an emotion that is both unsettling and deeply human.

Sonically, the duo, Buffy Prescott and Flames Benson, draw from post-punk intensity and industrial textures, crafting a sound that is tight, relentless, and deliberately unresolved. The production mirrors the emotional themes of the song, letting unease drive the momentum instead of softening it. Engineered and co-produced by Jeff Lovejoy (Powderfinger, Resin Dogs, Regurgitator, Custard), ‘Imposter Sindrone’ builds on the cinematic atmosphere and raw honesty first glimpsed in their debut single, ‘The Gaslight District’, and sets the stage for their self-titled album, coming mid-2026.

Wolf Whistle Wounds fuse rock, rap, and synth-driven grit into a sound that is both nostalgic and futuristic, impossible to pin down. Imagine The Avalanches colliding with IDLES and Regurgitator, with the punch of early Nine Inch Nails. Fans of clipping., Nova Twins, Nine Inch Nails, Sleaford Mods, Fever333, Wargasm, 100 GECS, Death Grips, Enter Shikari, and BMTH will find themselves at home in their chaotic, kinetic world.
